Since the company started in the 1990s, we have a lot of experience of Environmental Assessments and reports on noise and vibration, for all types of Planning Applications.

Generally most Planning Applications have conditions concerning noise set by the Local Authority planning officers. These need independent professional advice to be resolved successfully, with a noise report, for Planning Permission to be granted.

We have been commissioned to undertake many independent noise surveys, and have produced at least 500 formal noise reports over the last twenty five years. Our professional surveys and reports are comprehensive, with detailed design recommendations to enable developers to achieve full Planning Permission, and if necessary to challenge on Appeal.

We are well known to the Local Authorities, liaise regularly with the noise team, planning officers, to support your interests throughout. We respond promptly at short notice, and offer a professional, reliable service, to assist design teams, consultant planners and architects.

I have personally attended over 100 formal hearings and appeals, including planning, licensing and court hearings, to act as a professional expert witness on noise. I have a high success rate, particularly on Planning Appeals before a Planning Inspector.
