At the end of most projects, following our various technical reports, when our recommendations are implemented, there is usually a requirement for a sound or vibration completion test, to confirm compliance and acceptability.
We carry out all types of these sound and vibration tests to clear Planning Conditions, Building Regulations, National Housing Federation Assessments, Freeholders lease, and Solicitors' legal Requirements, and for general Local Authority approval. We arrange all the necessary tests and then we issue the required certificates that are necessary to gain full legal clearance of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
