Ultimate Experience

Corporate event organising is a fast growing part of the entertainment industry, and relies on a great deal of team work from experienced companies.

Ultimate Experience organises corporate events on the Honarable Artillery Company grounds near the City of London. Every summer, marquees accomodate up to 3000 guests who enjoy the large music stages and various events until late at night. But local residents, who occupy some of the most expensive property in London, were concerned about music noise levels and sleep disturbance - in 2002 it had reached a point where the event was considered financially unviable if residents' complaints continued.

We undertook the sensitive role to advise and report on the sound system and operational procedure, and also set up and maintain a regular noise monitoring and noise management system. Our work included ambient background noise surveys, holding diplomatic meetings with the residents and with the sound company and issuing reports, including sound system design and proposed noise management system. The recommendations in our report were all implemented, and the event held successfully with no complaints. Regular on-site monitoring has ensured the continued success of the events.
